CangMo Game Entertainment has released the first trailer for its upcoming title A Whisper of Fall: Jinyiwei , which was formerly known as Project: Jinyiwei . The trailer, which you can check out below, measures at over 4 minutes in length, and gives us a glimpse at the story setup, the world, and gameplay. There’s an emphasis on a mechanic referred to as “Heavenly Deduction”, using which the protagonist can rewind time to change the outcome of his missions. Examples are showcased quite early in the trailer, with our hero – an ordinary boatman – looking for a way into a heavily-guarded castle to assassinate a target. While the direct action-oriented approach leads to the target escaping from the window, the player can then use Heavenly Deduction to rewind time and wait for nightfall. At night, the hero is able to slip into the castle to get his hands on the Guard Commander’s Token. Using this, he can simply walk into the castle during the day and assassinate his target...
